Crowdfunding Support Form (Google Form)
When you support our campaign, we collect the following information through a secure Google Form: Full name, Email address, Phone number, Shipping address, Bank account details (for refund purposes only) Payment slip (upload) This information is used solely to confirm your support, process your order, and issue refunds if the campaign goal is not reached. Only the project organizers have access to this data.​​
Contact Form Submissions
When you submit a message through our Contact Us page, we collect: Name, Email address. This information is used only to respond to your inquiries and is not shared or used for marketing unless you request it.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only for the following purposes:

To confirm your crowdfunding support

To contact you with updates or delivery information

To issue a refund in case the campaign goal is not met by 31 October 2025

To respond to messages submitted via the Contact page

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party.
Payment & Security
All payments are made by direct bank transfer. We do not collect or store credit card or payment gateway data.
Uploaded payment slips are used only to verify support.
Google Form responses are securely stored on Google servers and accessible only to the Pocket Divesite team.

Data Retention & Deletion
We will retain your personal data only until the campaign is completed and all deliveries and refunds are fulfilled. All supporter data will be deleted securely within 90 days after completion of the project (unless legally required to retain it longer).
