Ordering & Payment

 

Q: How do I order the book set?
A: Please transfer 1,650 THB per set. Then, fill out the Google Form and upload your payment slip.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Credit card payment is currently not available. We accept payments via Thai bank transfer or Wise.com for international transfers.

 

Q: How do I order more than one set?
A: Simply transfer the total amount based on the number of sets you want. For example;

2 sets = 3,300 THB

3 sets = 4,950 THB

5 sets = 8,250 THB

and indicate the quantity in the form.

 

Q: Can I buy just one book?
A: During the crowdfunding period, books are only available as a 2-book set for 1,650 THB. After crowdfunding, if successful, individual books will be available at 1,200 THB each.

 

Q: Is shipping included?
A: Shipping will be charged separately after the campaign ends, based on your delivery method and location.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we ship internationally. The shipping fee will be charged separately after the campaign ends. All orders will be shipped from Bangkok, Thailand via standard registered airmail.

 

Q: Can I pick up the books in person?
A: Yes, in-person pickup will be available at specific locations and times to be announced later.

Q: I submitted the form incorrectly. How can I edit my response?
A: You may return and edit your response at any time by clicking the link "edit response" in the submission email confirmation from google form. If you're unsure, please email us at digitalay@digitalay.com and we’ll help update your information.

Q: I already submitted the form, but now I’d like to support more sets. What should I do?
A: If you've already submitted the form but wish to order more sets, simply make another bank transfer for the additional amount and submit a new form for the extra sets only. This helps prevent confusion with the payment record.

Crowdfunding

 

Q: What happens if the campaign doesn’t reach 350 sets?
A: All supporters will receive a full refund via the bank account provided in the form. Refunds will be processed by the end of 2025.

 

Q: How can I check the progress of the campaign?
A: We'll regularly update the number of backers on our website and share campaign updates on Digitalay’s Facebook and Instagram.

Q: Are the books in English or Thai?
A: The books are in English only.

Q: When will the books be delivered?
A: Estimated delivery is by the first quarter of 2026.

 

Q: What language is the book in?
A: The book is in English and includes illustrations and professional dive briefing maps.

 

Q: What are the book specifications?
A: The books are paperback, approximately 14.5 x 21 cm, full-color printed on 130 gsm matte art paper, with 128–144 pages per book.
