Legal Disclaimer for Pocket Divesite Supporters

Effective Date: 15 May 2025

By supporting the Pocket Divesite crowdfunding campaign, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. Payment & Confirmation
   All payments must be made via bank transfer and confirmed by submitting a Google Form with proof of payment.
    

2. All-or-Nothing Campaign
   The production of the books will begin only if 350 sets are funded by 31 October 2025. If the minimum goal of 350 sets is not reached by 31 October 2025, the books will not be printed and all supporters will receive a full refund to the bank account provided in the Google form.
    

3. Shipping & Delivery
   Books are estimated to ship by the first quarter of 2026. Shipping costs are not included in the initial payment and will be collected separately once production is complete.
    

4. Non-refundable After Production Begins
   Once the campaign is successful and book production starts, orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
    

5. Content & Intellectual Property
   All maps, illustrations, and texts are the intellectual property of the creators and may not be reproduced without permission.
    

6. Contact & Updates
   Project updates will be sent via email. Supporters are responsible for providing a valid email and checking it regularly.
